- Maintain and update patient medication records in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Use your knowledge of pharmaceuticals to properly label and package medications for distribution.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Requirement For A Pharmacy Technician Job At Encompass Health Would Be A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Minimum Level Of Education And Basic Knowledge Necessary For The Role.
Pharmacy Technician Certification: A Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Would Be Preferred. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Met Certain Standards And Possesses The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Perform The Job Effectively.
