This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Mathematics, Science, And English, Which Are Essential For Performing Pharmacy-Related Tasks.
Pharmacy Technician Certification: A Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification (Cpht) From The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Is Preferred For This Position. This Certification Demonstrates That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Pharmacy Technician.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Especially In A Pharmacy, Is Highly Desirable For A Pharmacy Technician At Encompass Health. This Experience Can Include Working As A Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Assistant, Or In A Similar Role, And It Helps The Candidate To Be Familiar With Medical Terminology And Procedures.
