Bachelor's Or Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree Is Required For The Pool Pharmacist Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Education And Training In The Field Of Pharmacy.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals And Medication Management: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Medications, Their Uses, Dosages, And Potential Side Effects. They Should Also Be Familiar With Medication Management Systems And Protocols.
