  1. Develop and maintain patient assessment standards for the organization.
  2. Ensure that all staff members are educated and trained on the patient assessment standards.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of patient assessment standards across all departments.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to continually improve and update patient assessment standards.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with patient assessment standards.
  6. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to patient assessment to ensure the organization is in compliance.
  7. Serve as a resource for staff members regarding patient assessment standards and provide guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Acute Care Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory And Accreditation Standards Related To Patient Care, Such As Joint Commission And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.

  • Prior Experience In Quality Improvement Initiatives And Data Analysis Preferred.
