  1. Develop and implement assessment standards for Encompass Health facilities to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current assessment standards and make necessary updates and changes.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and department heads to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  4. Maintain and update records related to patient assessments and standards.
  5. Train and educate staff on new assessment standards and procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  7. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with assessment standards and regulations.
  9. Serve as a resource for staff and provide guidance on best practices for conducting patient assessments.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry developments and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure Encompass Health's assessment standards remain current and effective.
  11. Support and promote a culture of empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care.
  12. Work closely with the leadership team to identify and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the healthcare field.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Healthcare Field.
