  1. Develop and maintain patient assessment standards in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

  4. Monitor and evaluate patient assessment processes to identify areas for improvement.

  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient assessments and related documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Healthcare Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Assessment And Documentation, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Acute Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Related To Patient Assessments, Such As Cms Guidelines And Joint Commission Accreditation Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Problems In A Timely Manner.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Provide Education And Training On Patient Assessment Standards.
