- Ensure compliance with all patient assessment standards set by regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor and improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Healthcare Administration
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Acute Rehabilitation Or Long-Term Care
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Patient Care And Safety
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Teams
Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives And Conducting Audits To Ensure Compliance With Standards Of Care.
