Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant (Ota) Program Is Required To Be Considered For A Position At Encompass Health. This Degree Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training And Education In The Field Of Occupational Therapy.
