Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN

1. Provide compassionate and high-quality occupational therapy services to patients on a PRN basis.
2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
4. Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment to promote independence and functioning.
6. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice as outlined by state and federal regulations.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes.
8. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of occupational therapy.
9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
