  1. Work with a team of therapists to provide outstanding care to patients in need of occupational therapy services.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Provide hands-on therapy to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  6. Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field of occupational therapy.
  8. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as set forth by state and national governing bodies.
  9. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while representing the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree Or Higher In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.

  • Valid State Licensure Or Certification As An Occupational Therapy Assistant.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Acute Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Current Treatment Techniques And Principles Related To Occupational Therapy.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed For Prn Position.
