- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans for patients with physical or developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with experienced therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and quality care to patients.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by supervising therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to improve functioning and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive and supportive treatment experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and strategies.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay updated on current practices and techniques in occupational therapy.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams.
Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
State Licensure Or Certification As An Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Rehabilitation.
Ability To Document Patient Progress And Maintain Accurate Records In Compliance With Regulatory Standards.
