- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing comprehensive therapy services to patients of all ages.
- Implement treatment plans and interventions under the guidance and supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Continuously monitor and report on patient progress and make recommendations for modifications to treatment plans as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in occupational therapy.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families to help them understand and follow through with treatment plans.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards patients, their families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the delivery of occupational therapy services.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and outcomes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
State Licensure Or Certification As An Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working As An Occupational Therapist Assistant, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And A Multidisciplinary Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Occupational Therapy Principles And Practices, As Well As Experience With Various Treatment Techniques And Modalities.
