  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical, mental, and developmental conditions.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices and current research to provide the highest quality care to patients.
  3. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  5. Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to the patient and their caregivers.
  6. Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to improve daily living skills and maximize independence.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
  8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice as well as safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through professional development and staying updated on industry developments.
  10. Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other activities to contribute to the overall success of the rehabilitation program.
  11. Uphold a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients, their families, and team members.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations.
  13. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  14. Maintain a valid state license and meet all continuing education requirements to ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program

  • Current State License Or Eligibility For Licensure As An Occupational Therapist

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Acute Care Setting

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members

  • Knowledge Of Current Evidence-Based Practice And Ability To Implement Individualized Treatment Plans For Patients With Diverse Needs And Conditions.
