1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
2. Prepare and serve meals to patients in accordance with their specific dietary needs and restrictions.
3. Ensure that all meals meet quality and safety standards and are delivered in a timely manner.
4. Monitor and record patients' food and fluid intake, making note of any changes or concerns.
5. Communicate effectively with the dietary staff and other healthcare team members to ensure the proper delivery of patient meals.
6. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all food safety and infection control protocols.
7. Assist with ordering and restocking food and supplies as needed.
8. Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and special dietary programs.
9. Provide support and assistance to patients with feeding, as needed.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and privacy.
11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
