1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families by ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met.
2. Prepare and serve meals according to prescribed dietary restrictions and guidelines.
3. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
4. Stock and organize food and supplies to ensure efficient and timely service.
5. Assist in meal planning and menu development to ensure a variety of nutritious options are available.
6. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patients' dietary needs are met and any necessary modifications are made.
7. Monitor and record patients' food and fluid intake to ensure compliance with prescribed diets.
8. Communicate any concerns or issues with patients' food intake to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
9. Provide support and assistance to patients during meal times, including setting up trays, assisting with feeding, and addressing any special requests.
10. Follow all safety and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
11. Attend training and educational programs to stay updated on nutrition and food service best practices.
12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily tasks and patient interactions.

14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving nutrition services and patient satisfaction.
