- Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff availability, time off requests, and schedule changes.
- Collaborate with nursing managers and team leads to determine staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training is completed.

- Utilize nursing staff scheduling software to create and distribute schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Identify potential staffing issues and work proactively to find solutions.
- Monitor and manage staff overtime and ensure proper staffing levels to maintain budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless staffing transitions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, and foster a positive work environment for nursing staff.
- Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and optimize patient care.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: This Position Requires A Solid Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Nursing Principles, Which Can Be Gained Through A Formal Education Program.
