1. Create and maintain accurate schedules for nursing staff, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts and units.

3. Monitor and track staff attendance, identifying and addressing any patterns of absenteeism or tardiness.
4. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard new nursing staff as needed.
