3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and other referral sources.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing plans.

6. Participate in community events and networking opportunities to represent Encompass Health and promote our services.

9. Track and analyze marketing and referral data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and inform marketing strategies.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Encompass Health and represent the company's mission and values in all interactions.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions and clinical teams, to ensure a seamless transition for patients referred to Encompass Health.
