  11. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  12. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  13. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  14. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Encompass Health.
