- Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a timely and effective hiring process that attracts top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department managers and senior leadership, to understand their HR needs and provide support.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Advise and assist managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure HR processes and policies are aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior leadership, representing the interests and needs of both parties.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With All Levels Of Employees.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives, Including Recruitment, Training And Development, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.
