  1. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure all new employees are properly introduced to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to identify employee training and development needs and create and implement training programs accordingly.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, including but not limited to personnel information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  5. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance.
  7. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  8. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement through various initiatives and programs.
  11. Stay updated on industry and legal changes related to HR and recommend necessary changes to company policies and procedures.
  12. Support HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role
