
Human Resources Coordinator

- Oversee the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation, and introducing new hires to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee training programs, ensuring all employees receive necessary training and certifications.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion, and anti-harassment.
- Stay up-to-date on all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company culture initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information and changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Hr Coordinator Or Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels.
Proficient In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
