- Provide top-notch support to the HR department in all aspects of human resources management.
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees at all levels.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With A Focus On Recruitment And Employee Relations.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Positive Relationships With Employees And Management.
