  1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  2. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
  4. Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation for new employees.
  5. Process employee documentation, such as leave requests and performance evaluations.
  6. Answer employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
  7. Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  8. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  13. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations relating to human resources.
  14. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
