  1. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases.
  2. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  3. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  4. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  5. Maintain accurate and updated employee files and records, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Assist with the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs.
  8. Conduct research and gather data to assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
  9. Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  13. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Rehabilitation Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Proficient In Hr Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
