- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct effective and timely investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
- Provide support and guidance to managers on employee development, coaching, and training opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes and procedures.
- Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends, proactively making recommendations for improvements to HR policies and procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Role
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations
