A Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For A Hospital Educator Clinical Job At Encompass Health Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, Education, Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure That They Have A Strong Foundation In Healthcare And Education Principles.
