- Develop and implement educational programs and resources that align with the needs of patients and staff at Encompass Health
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify training needs and develop appropriate educational materials
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on topics related to healthcare, patient care, and professional development
- Create and maintain training documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education and training to continuously improve and enhance programs
- Provide individual coaching and support to staff to help them improve their skills and knowledge
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on educational programs and materials for staff and patients
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff through regular communication and engagement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed
- Collaborate with external partners and organizations to enhance educational opportunities for staff and patients.
Bachelor's Degree In Education Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Teaching Or Training In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Adapt To Various Learning Styles.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Effectively.
