1. Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients according to established protocols and physician orders.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs, lab values, and overall physical and mental health during treatment.
3. Assess, document, and report any changes in patients' conditions to the physician and healthcare team.
4. Educate patients and their families on the hemodialysis process, potential complications, and self-care at home.
5. Administer medication and other prescribed treatments as directed by the physician.
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, including treatment records and progress notes.
8. Monitor and maintain inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and in working condition.
9. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
10. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families during dialysis treatments.
11. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in hemodialysis care.

14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help identify areas for improvement in hemodialysis care.
