  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to health information management.
  3. Coordinate with healthcare providers and other staff to obtain necessary information for patient records.
  4. Organize and maintain physical and electronic health records for easy accessibility.
  5. Accurately input and update patient information into electronic health record systems.

  8. Respond to requests for patient information from authorized individuals or organizations.
  9. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic health record systems.

  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective handling of patient records.
  12. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in patient records.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulatory standards related to health information management.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families regarding health information management inquiries.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
