- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and execute design projects for various marketing and communication materials.
- Utilize industry knowledge and current design trends to create visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Responsible for the entire design process from concept development to final production, ensuring all projects are completed within established timelines.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Encompass Health brand and consistently apply brand standards to all design work.
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Conduct thorough research and gather necessary information to ensure designs effectively convey key messages and meet project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and procedures to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Professional Experience In Graphic Design.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, And Indesign.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Design Work, Including Print And Digital Media.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Take Direction From Clients And Colleagues.
