- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities within the organization.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Create and maintain a safe and functional work environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the facilities meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for facilities.
- Manage a team of facility staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new processes and technologies to improve facility operations.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including upper management, employees, and external parties.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues related to facility management in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to facility operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Building Systems, Maintenance And Repair Procedures, And Facility Safety Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management, Vendor Management, And Project Management.
