1. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas within the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
2. Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
3. Follow all safety and infection control procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment.
4. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to established protocols.
5. Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
6. Keep track of and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
7. Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for events and meetings.
8. Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
9. Respond promptly to any requests or concerns regarding the cleanliness of the facility.
10. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
11. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
12. Attend required training and educational sessions to stay current on best practices and procedures.
