7. Monitor and manage therapy department budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and control costs.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to therapy services and integrate them into the operations of the therapy department.
9. Maintain accurate and thorough records of therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for therapists and other therapy department staff, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
