  1. Provide nutrition support: The Diet Technician will be responsible for assisting patients in reaching their health and wellness goals by providing nutrition support and education.
  2. Conduct assessments: The Diet Technician will conduct detailed assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized plans based on their specific health conditions and goals.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team: The Diet Technician will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or Related Field.

  • Certification As A Diet Technician, Registered (Dtr) From The Commission On Dietetic Registration.

  • Previous Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Nutrition Therapy And Ability To Develop And Implement Individualized Meal Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Counsel Patients On Proper Nutrition And Dietary Habits.
