• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses during dialysis treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, potential complications, and self-care techniques.
