- Identify new referral sources and establish partnerships to increase patient admissions to Encompass Health facilities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to target specific areas.
- Educate and train referral sources on Encompass Health's services, programs, and patient care offerings.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless transition for patients referred to Encompass Health facilities.
- Attend conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote Encompass Health and establish business relationships.
- Manage and maintain a database of referral sources and track referral trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between Encompass Health facilities and referral sources, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted towards specific referral sources and patient populations.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Encompass Health, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions with referral sources and the community.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all communications and interactions with referral sources and patients.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed referral and admissions goals set by Encompass Health.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Marketing Or Sales.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Terminology And Healthcare Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
