- Conduct regular audits of our facilities to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Train and educate employees and facility leadership on compliance policies and procedures.

- Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations and take appropriate action.
- Monitor and track facility compliance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing compliance processes and procedures.
- Represent the company in external audits and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to compliance.
- Uphold the company's commitment to ethical and compliant practices in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Compliance Role, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Compliance, Including Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Compliance Issues.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Information To Various Levels Of Staff.
