1. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients in accordance with Encompass Health's standards and protocols.
2. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
4. Assist with transferring, positioning, and ambulating patients as needed.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control procedures.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, displaying empathy and professionalism at all times.
8. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
9. Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care and improvement opportunities.
10. Attend and complete all required training and continuing education programs.
