Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or Related Field: A Case Manager Ii At Encompass Health Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Social Work Or A Related Field To Effectively Work With Patients And Their Families.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Case Management: This Role Requires At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, To Ensure The Candidate Has A Thorough Understanding Of The Job Responsibilities And Can Effectively Manage Complex Cases.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Case Manager Ii, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
