Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Insurance Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
