Case Management Director

- Oversee and manage the case management department, including but not limited to, hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
- Develop, implement, and maintain case management policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to the case management team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other department heads and healthcare professionals to ensure effective interdisciplinary communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze data related to case management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to case management.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to case managers, providing guidance and support in complex patient cases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers and community resources to enhance patient care.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in case management to continuously improve department operations and patient care.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Case Management Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For A Case Management Director Position At Encompass Health Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Case Management Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure That They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Lead And Oversee The Case Management Department.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background Is Crucial For A Case Management Director Position. A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field Will Provide The Necessary Foundation In Healthcare Management And Operations.
