- Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote the growth and success of Encompass Health.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Encompass Health and promote our services.
- Lead and oversee the business development team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure their success.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track business development activities and results, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and changes to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Uphold Encompass Health's values of excellence, integrity, and compassion in all interactions and business decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team To Drive Business Development Strategies And Initiatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Market Dynamics, And Competitive Landscape To Inform And Guide Business Development Efforts.
