1. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the organization.
2. Participate in leadership training and development programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration.
3. Collaborate with different departments and teams to gain exposure to various aspects of the organization's operations.
4. Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards.
5. Shadow and support senior leaders to gain knowledge and experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
6. Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff to ensure a high-performing team.
7. Gain an understanding of financial management and budgeting processes.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and employees to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
9. Collaborate with other Associate Administrators and senior leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve and enhance the organization's operations.
11. Demonstrate a commitment to Encompass Health's mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
12. Act as a representative of Encompass Health and promote the organization's culture, values, and mission to external stakeholders.
13. Participate in special projects and assignments as assigned by senior leadership.
14. Continuously evaluate and assess personal and professional development needs and actively seek out opportunities to grow and improve.
