- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the organization.
- Participate in leadership training and development programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams to gain exposure to various aspects of the organization's operations.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards.
- Shadow and support senior leaders to gain knowledge and experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Gain an understanding of financial management and budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and employees to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with other Associate Administrators and senior leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve and enhance the organization's operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Encompass Health's mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
- Act as a representative of Encompass Health and promote the organization's culture, values, and mission to external stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as assigned by senior leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and assess personal and professional development needs and actively seek out opportunities to grow and improve.
- Support the organization's commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting Principles.
Demonstrated Leadership Potential And A Desire To Advance In The Healthcare Industry.
