• Facilitate the admissions process by gathering necessary information, completing required paperwork, and coordinating with other departments.
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and support throughout the admissions process.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth transition to Encompass Health.
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and changes in regulations to effectively communicate with referral sources and patients.
• Use effective sales techniques to promote Encompass Health's services and increase patient referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of referral sources, patient information, and admissions data.
• Participate in team meetings and training to enhance knowledge and skills related to admissions and sales.
