1. Serve as the first point of contact for potential patients and their families, providing them with information about our facilities and the admissions process.
2. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine if our facilities are the appropriate fit for potential patients.
3. Communicate with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and other referral sources to facilitate admissions.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to increase admissions and promote our services.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions activities and patient information.
6. Provide excellent customer service to potential patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
7. Collaborate with other members of the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations related to admissions.
9. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote our facilities and services.
10. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
11. Continuously strive to improve the admissions process and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement.
12. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding towards patients and their families during a potentially difficult time in their lives.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
