- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet admissions goals
- Track and analyze referral sources and admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families throughout the admissions process
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the patient experience
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all admissions activities
- Represent the organization at professional events and conferences to increase visibility and promote our services
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to healthcare marketing and sales.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Marketing, Communications, Or Healthcare Administration.
2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Marketing Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Variety Of Stakeholders Including Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Insurance And Reimbursement Processes.
