  1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  3. Manage and maintain schedules and appointments for the facility.
  4. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
  6. Assist with preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  9. Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  10. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  12. Communicate with external vendors and service providers.
  13. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  17. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients.
  18. Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Computer Skills, Specifically In Programs Such As Word, Excel, And Powerpoint. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Create And Edit Documents, Spreadsheets, And Presentations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Administrative Assistant, One Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Departments, Clients, And Vendors. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential In Order To Convey Information Accurately And Professionally.
