The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the staffing of both non-exempt and exempt associates by developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. They prioritize open positions by level of urgency and creatively source for quality candidates to present to Hiring Managers. The Corporate Recruiter manages a candidate pipeline while maintaining and establishing contacts with local and nation-wide recruiting sources. Also, by working with the Hiring Managers, they manage the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, and extending offers of employment to candidates.
1-3 years of recruiting and/or training experience.
