- Provide administrative support to the Global HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR documents, including employee files, contracts, and policies.
- Act as a point of contact for international staff and partners, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for overseas positions, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating orientation for new hires.
- Monitor and track HR budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as training programs and performance evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Keep abreast of changes and developments in HR policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or other senior staff members.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of The Carter Center and promote them in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support And/Or Human Resources.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Hr Practices And Regulations.
Experience Working In An International Or Cross-Cultural Environment.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
